Candidates should possess:
- A College Diploma or University Degree in a related field
- Post Graduate studies in Autism and Behavioural Sciences or Applied Behavioural Analysis is an asset
- Experience working with children with autism or other developmental disorders is an asset
- Experience implementing ABA teaching methodologies or previous experience as an Instructor Therapist is an asset
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Organizational and time management skills
- A Valid Ontario Driver's License and access to a personal vehicle
- Enthusiasm and passion for working with children
